Kish Fish has been supplying us with fresh fish products since Ciara began the business in 2006. Kish Fish is a reputable supplier which has recently been awarded a BRC rating on their premises in Coolock, Dublin.

Wrights of Howth is our second fish supplier for many years and they also offer us a wide range of quality produce from certified sources. We are proud that Oishii Foods also supply Wrights of Howth with sushi products at their outlets in Dublin Airport, both in Terminal 1 & Terminal 2.

SILVERHILL DUCK

The shredded duckmeat used in our Hoisin Duck Sushi is sourced from Silverhill Farm in Co. Monaghan. Ciara had the pleasure to visit the farm and get a tour of their accredited facility. A fabulous business with excellent products which are proud to use.

QUALITY SEA VEG

Manus in Quality Sea Veg is based in Donegal where he harvests different sea veg from the beautiful Atlantic off the Donegal coast. Manus supplies us with kombu kelp for our dashi stock and when we cook with it, the whole building smells of the sea, magnificent!
